I bring an uncanny array of experience to the table that includes new construction, investment real estate, land development and sales, individual sales and service for residential and commercial properties.
I have been instrumental in assisting clients with understanding local zoning regulations, unified development and improvement ordinances and actively participate within a local County’s Board of Adjustment.
I believe I am far from being a “typical” Realtor! My genuine motivation is to build lasting relationships and to make a difference in the lives of individuals and their families.
Not a day goes by that I don’t ask myself, “How do I continue to grow my practice without sacrificing customer service?”
